Information We Collect
When you request a tour or concierge service
- Name and email — so we can identify and reply to you.
- Phone number — optional, only if you'd like us to reach you on WhatsApp.
- Number of adults, children and infants, and your preferred date/time — to calculate pricing and check availability.
- Any notes you add — for example, dietary needs or accessibility requests.
When you subscribe to our newsletter
Just your email address.
When you browse the website
We use an analytics tool (PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, general location (country-level, so we know who's coming from where), and on-site behaviour such as clicks and scrolling. This can include a recording of your on-site session (mouse movement and clicks, not audio or video) so we can spot and fix confusing parts of the site. This data is anonymous until you submit a form — if you do, it's linked to the email address you provided.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your booking or concierge request and confirm details by email.
- To calculate accurate pricing for your group.
- To send you newsletter emails, only if you've subscribed.
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
- To prevent spam and abuse of our booking forms.
Who Sees Your Data
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers. Your details are only seen by our own team (to handle your request) and by two service providers acting on our behalf: our email provider (to deliver booking confirmations) and PostHog (our analytics provider, which processes data on our behalf and does not use it for its own advertising).
Data Security & Retention
Your information is stored in a secured database and transmitted only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We keep booking and concierge records for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet accounting or legal obligations, after which they're deleted. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your Rights
- Access — ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix anything that's inaccurate.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information at any time; we'll do so unless we're required to keep it for legal reasons.
- Unsubscribe — every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Children's Privacy
Our booking form asks for the number of children and infants in your group, for pricing purposes only. We don't collect any personal information about children directly.
International Data Transfers
As a Russia-based tour operator serving international visitors, your data may be processed on servers outside your home country. Our analytics provider, PostHog, processes data in the United States acting as our data processor.
