Yusupov Palace Tour
St. Petersburg City Centre / 2 hours / max 8 (min 2) persons

The Yusupov Palace was the St. Petersburg home of one of Russia’s richest aristocratic families — by some accounts wealthier even than the ruling Romanovs.
Several generations of the Yusupovs lived here from the 19th century until the 1917 revolution scattered much of their fortune. Yet, unlike most aristocratic residences, the palace’s interiors survived almost intact, making it a rare and fascinating place to visit.
On the tour you’ll move through the family’s opulent rooms — each richly detailed and with its own character — and hear the story of the mysterious death of Grigori Rasputin, the Russian mystic murdered in the palace basement in 1916.
